Watermelon is a superstar food that packs many benefits.

It specially shines for its antiaging and cardiovascular protection properties. With 92% water and high content in licopene, it helps with hydration and promotes a healthy, glowing skin. In additon, it is an excellent source of the amino acid L-citrulline, that keeps arteries clear by reducing blood pressure and diminishing inflammation.

Watermelon is extremely versatile. It can be consumed on its own as snack or desert, in smoothies or soups, in poke bowls, or even roasted mimicking tuna.
